Types of Cares
Our online medical consultations cover a wide range of non-emergency conditions. All services are available in multiple languages via Zoom chat.
✅ Primary Care
We treat common health concerns such as fever, cold, cough, headaches, stomach aches, fatigue, and minor skin issues. Our doctors can assess symptoms and provide medical advice, prescriptions, or referrals if needed.
⚠️ Urgent Care (Non-Emergency)
For mild but sudden symptoms like food poisoning, urinary discomfort, allergic reactions, or minor injuries, we offer timely medical support. Please note: life-threatening conditions require emergency services.
👶 Pediatrics
We provide care for children with symptoms such as fever, sore throat, stomach pain, rashes, or colds. Parents can consult on behalf of their child, and our doctors offer safe and clear guidance.
🛡️ Preventive Care & Travel Health
Consult us about general health concerns during your trip — including managing chronic conditions, medication advice, or receiving prescriptions for known issues. We also provide guidance on staying healthy during travel in Japan.
📋 Referrals & Follow-Up
If your condition requires in-person care, we will refer you to a nearby hospital or clinic and provide supporting documents to help you navigate the local medical system.
❌ What We Cannot Provide
We do not provide emergency care, diagnostic imaging (like CT/MRI), injections, or surgical treatment. If you are experiencing chest pain, severe breathing problems, or heavy bleeding, please go directly to a hospital.
